DialD CodeX is a software product engineering organisation that designs, builds, operates, and supports workflow-first software platforms, SaaS products, and custom software systems for real-world operations.

Our services may include subscription-based software products, platforms operated under the DialD brand, custom software development and one-time project engagements, along with implementation, support, and consulting services.

You may use our services only if you are at least 18 years of age, are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, and comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

If you are using the services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to do so.

By accessing, registering for, or using any DialD CodeX service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We may communicate with you via email or other electronic means for service updates, security notifications, billing messages, and support-related communication.

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, and protected.

You retain ownership of your data. DialD CodeX does not claim ownership over customer data stored or processed using our platforms.

All software, designs, trademarks, content, and materials provided by DialD CodeX are owned by or licensed to DialD CodeX.

Certain services may require payment. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms will be communicated clearly.

Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

DialD CodeX may modify, enhance, or discontinue features or services at its discretion, with reasonable notice where practical.

You may stop using our services at any time.

DialD CodeX may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, payments are not made, or continued use poses legal, security, or operational risk.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

DialD CodeX disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DialD CodeX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the applicable service during the relevant period.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
